  • Business lunch & welcome dinner will cost 25 euros for guests who use special booking link
  • The “business lunch” is available only with reservation and cannot be booked directly in the hotel or through external services
  • CECJ does not make room reservations or accept payment for hotel accommodation. All financial and organizational issues shall be settled directly with the hotel
  • The flight is not included and must be booked independently by the attendees
